Apps can be permanently deleted from the Dashboard by users with the Admin or Market Moderator. To delete a particular App from the Administrator Dashboard, first, select the Environment from which you want to delete the App. To do so, click on the corresponding “Environment” button in the top left corner of the screen and then select the preferred option from the list.
NOTE: If you delete a particular App only from one Environment, this App may still be available in another Environment.
After that, go to “Apps” from the main navigation menu to open the list of all available Apps. Alternatively, scroll down to the “Apps” section on the main “Dashboard” page.
Next, locate the App that you want to delete in one of the corresponding categories. Select “All” to view all available Apps from all categories.
Once you found the App that you want to delete, click on it to open its “App Details” screen.
After opening the App, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and then select “Delete” or “Delete Version” from the list. When deleting an “Approved” or a “Suspended” App, you delete all versions of that app from the marketplace.
When deleting an App with the status “Pending”, “In Review” or a “Rejected”, you delete only the current and opened version of the App. This mean’s that you may delete a “Pending” version of an app and the Approved version of that app will still be available.
After selecting the preferred option of deleting the App, when prompted, click “Delete” to confirm the action.
Once the App is successfully deleted, a notification will confirm that the app has been deleted.
